About the Role
As a Production Supervisor, you will be a key player in leading the production team and driving top-level performance. You will supervise the operation of the plant in accordance with company policies and directives from the Assistant Production Manager. This role is designed for someone who thrives in a collaborative environment where we promote from within; many of our current managers started on the production floor.
You will support the training of plant personnel, foster high morale and safety, and work closely with Production Management to address team partner concerns. The position offers a 40-hour work week with weekends off, providing a strong work-life balance. We provide on-the-job training and ongoing cross-training opportunities to expose you to different areas of production, enhancing your performance and career advancement potential.
