About the Role

The 2nd Shift Production Supervisor serves as the operational leader for evening production, ensuring safe, efficient, and high-quality execution. This role is designed to bridge the gap between strategic goals and floor-level reality, requiring a hands-on approach to managing hourly production employees and daily priorities. You will be the driving force behind meeting production goals for safety, quality, delivery, and efficiency while balancing workloads across production lines. Your day will involve troubleshooting real-time issues, partnering with quality and engineering teams to resolve defects or equipment challenges, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement through Lean and 5S initiatives.
