Our Manufacturing & Production department is driven by a culture of precision, quality, and innovation. We are committed to advancing the industry through cutting-edge technologies and a collaborative approach that values employee growth and technical excellence.
As an Armorer Lead, you will serve as the cornerstone of our armory operations, overseeing the day-to-day assembly, inspection, testing, repair, and maintenance of firearms and accessories. This role exists to ensure that every product leaving our state-of-the-art facilities meets Daniel Defense's exacting standards for safety, performance, and quality.

Your day will involve leading a team of armorers, conducting root-cause analysis on assembly issues, and collaborating with cross-functional partners in Quality, Engineering, and Manufacturing to drive continuous improvement. You will champion a culture where nonconforming materials are promptly identified and resolved, ensuring that every firearm is built to specification.
Safety and regulatory compliance are central to your mission. You will model rigorous firearms safety protocols and enforce adherence to ATF and other regulatory requirements regarding serialization and recordkeeping. Beyond technical oversight, you will be instrumental in training and mentoring staff, coaching them to improve speed, accuracy, and repeatability while reinforcing our core values.
We are looking for candidates who combine strong technical knowledge of modern firearms platforms with proven leadership skills. The ideal applicant is detail-oriented, disciplined, and thrives in a team-oriented environment. If you are committed to helping others grow and possess the ability to work to tight tolerances, we invite you to apply.
