Key Responsibilities
- check_circleDevelop and maintain the master production schedule
- check_circlePlan machine uptime and downtime including maintenance and cleaning
- check_circleSequence work orders to maximize efficiency and reduce changeovers
- check_circleTranslate production plans into daily and weekly schedules
- check_circleMonitor production progress in real time and adjust schedules accordingly
- check_circleEnsure timely preparation and distribution of Batch Manufacturing Records
- check_circleTrack schedule adherence and drive over 95% on-time delivery performance
- check_circleReport performance metrics and escalate risks to leadership
- check_circleAlign production schedules with material availability
- check_circleMaintain and publish supply chain shortage forecasts
- check_circleSupport new product launch timelines and cross-functional coordination
- check_circleIdentify bottlenecks and implement corrective scheduling actions
Requirements
- verifiedBachelor's degree preferred
- verified1–3 years experience in production scheduling, planning, or operations
- verifiedExperience in nutraceutical, pharmaceutical, or solid dose manufacturing
- verifiedAdvanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel)
- verifiedERP experience required (Oracle preferred)
Nice to Have
Bachelor's degree. Experience with Oracle ERP.
