About the Team

GE Vernova is a global energy technology company dedicated to accelerating the world's energy transition. Our platform group focuses on delivering innovative solutions that power the future, ensuring reliability and efficiency across manufacturing processes. This team operates with a mission to uphold the highest standards of quality, directly impacting the work of individual contributors and the broader organization.

About the Role

This position serves as a vital link between product quality and the manufacturing process. You will own both quality assurance and quality control, executing standard operational and technical tasks while maintaining the flexibility to adapt task sequences to changing work conditions. The role requires you to apply specialized technical knowledge to implement policies and strategies, supporting technical fields while continuing to build advanced expertise.

In your day-to-day, you will create and maintain essential quality documents, including control plans, inspection sheets, and standardized work instructions, while leveraging process failure mode & effects analysis (PFMEA). You will solve technical issues within established procedures, consulting with senior team members for guidance on complex matters outside standard parameters. Strong interpersonal skills are essential, as you may guide junior team members and act as the primary interface between the customer and GE in customer-facing scenarios. Your ability to communicate technical information clearly to stakeholders and team members will be key to integrating individual and team work with overall business goals.

Hiring Process

Candidates applying to this U.S.-based position will undergo a standard evaluation process. Any offer of employment is conditioned upon the successful completion of a drug screen. The company reserves the right to terminate, amend, suspend, replace, or modify its benefit plans and programs at any time.
