About the Role
The Production Planning Clerk serves as a vital support pillar for our project close-out processes and daily administrative operations. In this role, you will partner with production planners to maintain work orders, extract planned orders from MRP systems, and verify product specifications. Your work ensures the accuracy of metrics regarding item quantities, materials used, scrap rates, and defect frequencies. Beyond data management, you will provide essential office support by answering phones, filing documents, and greeting customers, ensuring smooth communication across departments.
