This position serves as a vital member of the production team, reporting directly to the Team Leader. The role is designed for individuals who thrive in a dynamic manufacturing environment and are eager to master the intersection of chemistry and mechanical operations. You will be responsible for monitoring processes, performing measurements and tests, and setting equipment controls to ensure right-first-time quality. Beyond daily operations, you will troubleshoot issues, maintain a safe and tidy work area, and document production data. The role requires flexibility to adapt to business needs and a commitment to continuous improvement, with the expectation that you will progressively upgrade your skills to fully understand the entire plant process flow.
This role may involve access to Controlled Unclassified Information (CUI) and export-controlled data subject to the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR). Employees are expected to strictly follow company policies and security protocols for handling, storing, accessing, and transmitting sensitive information. Compliance training will be required after hire. Due to federal export control requirements, access to certain information is limited to U.S. Citizens, U.S. Lawful Permanent Residents, and individuals lawfully admitted as asylees or refugees, unless a valid export authorization is obtained. Employment is contingent upon meeting these eligibility requirements.
