About the Role
This position is based at our Irvine, California manufacturing facility. You will be a vital part of our production team, operating machines and equipment to manufacture high-quality medical products according to strict specifications and schedules. Your work ensures that our products meet volume, cost, and wastage targets while adhering to rigorous quality standards.
In this role, you will follow established procedures and guidelines to produce goods safely and efficiently. A key part of your day involves monitoring the quality of output to identify, discard, or remanufacture any faulty products. You will also maintain accurate daily production records, enabling the analysis of manufacturing performance. This is a hands-on role within a rotating shift environment, requiring regular and predictable on-site attendance.
