About the Role
Valley Queen Cheese Factory is seeking Production Operators to support cheese and dairy ingredient manufacturing in our modern Milbank, SD facility. In this hands-on, team-based role, you'll operate and monitor processing and packaging equipment, follow strict safety and food quality standards, and maintain a clean, efficient work area.
You'll work closely with experienced operators, receive on-the-job training, and contribute to continuous improvement as part of a collaborative, family-oriented culture with opportunities to grow your career in dairy manufacturing.

Key Responsibilities
- check_circleOperate and monitor cheese and whey production equipment safely and efficiently
- check_circleFollow SOPs, GMPs, and HACCP requirements to ensure product quality and food safety
- check_circlePerform start-up, changeover, cleaning, and basic adjustments on production lines
- check_circleRecord production data, monitor yields, and communicate issues to supervisors
- check_circleHandle, package, and stage product and materials while maintaining a clean work area
- check_circleSupport continuous improvement, teamwork, and safety initiatives in the plant
Requirements
