As a Machine Operator, you are at the center of production. You don't just run equipment—you lead the line, ensure quality, and keep operations moving safely and efficiently. Your ability to troubleshoot, make decisions, and maintain standards directly impacts production success and customer satisfaction.
In this role, you will set up, operate, and troubleshoot production lines for gel pack manufacturing. You will provide direction and support to Packers and Stackers, promote a culture of accountability and teamwork, and ensure all products meet strict specifications and GMP standards. Your work involves performing preventive maintenance, maintaining cleanliness, and communicating effectively with supervisors to support smooth shift transitions.
