About the Role
As a Machine Operator, you are at the center of production. You don't just run equipment—you lead the line, ensure quality, and keep operations moving safely and efficiently. Your ability to troubleshoot, make decisions, and maintain standards directly impacts production success and customer satisfaction.
In this role, you will set up, operate, and troubleshoot production lines for gel pack manufacturing. You will provide direction and support to Packers and Stackers, promote a culture of accountability and teamwork, and ensure all products meet strict specifications and GMP standards. From performing preventive maintenance to communicating effectively with supervisors, your work ensures that output targets and delivery schedules are met with precision.
