As a Production Operations Analyst (Level 3), you will serve as a critical link between data and decision-making. Your primary focus is driving earned-value management activities, ensuring data integrity, and providing clear financial insight to program stakeholders. In this position, you will work with cutting-edge missile programs, influencing critical decisions while growing your expertise alongside seasoned engineers and analysts. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams across multiple sites to resolve issues and support program execution, partnering with Integrated Product Teams (IPTs), Finance, and Production Operations. The role offers a unique opportunity to develop and update program budgets, analyze cost and schedule data, and prepare financial reports that highlight key metrics and variances.

This position is based in Grand Prairie, TX, at a facility requiring special access. The role operates on a hybrid model: the selected candidate will work part of their schedule remotely and part at the designated Lockheed Martin facility. The specific weekly schedule will be discussed during the hiring process. This position follows a 4x10 hour day schedule (3 days off per week), though Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules to provide additional flexibility.

The position requires a government security clearance; the selected candidate must be able to obtain a Secret clearance, and a company-sponsored interim Secret clearance is required to start.
