The Program Planning Department within Raytheon is seeking a program management and planning professional to join our team. In this role, you will be a valued member of the Planning organization, supporting a program within the ASDS directorate. You will serve as a business partner, influencing and developing executable program plans while collaborating with internal and external stakeholders.
Your work will focus on the development, maintenance, and analysis of the Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) for complex programs. You will provide schedule and predictive analytics and acceleration techniques to support the products and services we deliver to our customers. With a global portfolio of clients, partners, and suppliers, the development opportunities for our Planning experts are endless, both domestically and abroad.

This position is designated as onsite in Tucson, Arizona.

Bachelor's degree in STEM. Ability to decompose statements of work into basic elements and transform them into workable program plans. Intimate familiarity with applicable Government regulations, especially pertaining to program planning and Earned Value compliance. Understanding of basic product development principles including Agile software development. Ability to interface and influence at all levels of an organization with strong verbal and written communication skills. Familiarity with Achieving Process Excellence (APEX), SAP/R3, Microframe Project Manager (MPM), Oracle ERP, Deltek Cobra, or Deltek MPM Connect. Demonstrated ability to balance technical, cost, and schedule constraints to achieve customer satisfaction. Project Management Professional (PMP) certification by the Project Management Institute (PMI).
