Raytheon is seeking an experienced Program Management, Planning & Scheduling professional to join the Program Design & Planning organization. This position will be responsible for the development, maintenance, and analysis of the Program Master Phasing Schedule and Integrated Master Plan/Integrated Master Schedule (IMS). You will develop the network and integrated workflow of schedule activities to ensure an accurate, appropriate, and effective plan is established for the scope of work.
In this role, you will perform analysis to ensure the accuracy and completeness of the critical path, risk integration, IMS structure, and evaluate trends and schedule-related metrics. You will review and implement IMS coding, outlining structures and adherence to directives and department scheduling best practices. Depending on the size and complexity of the effort, you will either assist the lead scheduler/planner on a larger, more complex effort or take full responsibility for a smaller effort.
You will partner with the program team to lead the integration of technical and programmatic solutions into the IMS baseline plan, ensuring cost, schedule, and technical requirements are fully integrated into the execution plan. Your day-to-day involves mentoring and training junior planners, conducting and explaining Schedule Risk Analysis (SRA) results to program teams, and providing weekly and monthly planning metrics on schedule status, baseline maintenance, and critical path analysis.
This is an onsite role located in a classified area in Tucson, AZ. Candidates must be able to work full-time onsite. Relocation assistance is provided for qualified candidates.

Bachelor's degree in STEM; Demonstrated ability to facilitate the effective integration and maintenance in the IMS of technical, schedule and cost in an EVMS environment; Demonstrated ability to understand the program technical and programmatic solution and lead integration and modelling of that solution into the IMS; Demonstrated ability to interpret/analyze SRA results, program schedule risk/opportunity drivers and schedule probability of success; Demonstrated ability to collaborate with Planning and functional organization SMEs to support their program teams; Understanding of hardware and software development life cycle, exposure to agile methodologies; Demonstrated ability to manage/lead/teach and support proper scheduling and EVMS techniques, principles for project personnel or teams of varying size and backgrounds; Demonstrate the ability to understand different perspectives and ask right questions ensuring IMS integrity; Ability to identify and drive process improvement, ability to work with the team to develop solutions and solve problems.
