About the Role

Raytheon is seeking an experienced Program Management, Planning & Scheduling professional to join the Program Design & Planning organization. This position will be responsible for the development, maintenance, and analysis of the Program Master Phasing Schedule and Integrated Master Plan/Integrated Master Schedule (IMS). You will develop the network and integrated workflow of schedule activities to ensure an accurate, appropriate, and effective plan is established for the scope of work.

In this role, you will perform analysis to ensure the accuracy and completeness of the critical path, risk integration, IMS structure, and evaluate trends and schedule-related metrics. You will review and implement IMS coding, outlining structures and adherence to directives and department scheduling best practices. Depending on the size and complexity of the effort, you will either assist the lead scheduler/planner on a larger, more complex effort or take full responsibility for a smaller effort.

You will partner with the program team to lead the integration of technical and programmatic solutions into the IMS baseline plan, ensuring cost, schedule, and technical requirements are fully integrated into the execution plan. Your day-to-day involves mentoring and training junior planners, conducting and explaining Schedule Risk Analysis (SRA) results to program teams, and providing weekly and monthly planning metrics on schedule status, baseline maintenance, and critical path analysis.

This is an onsite role located in a classified area in Tucson, AZ. Candidates must be able to work full-time onsite. Relocation assistance is provided for qualified candidates.

Hiring Process

As part of our commitment to maintaining a secure hiring process, candidates may be asked to attend select steps of the interview process in-person at one of our office locations, regardless of whether the role is designated as on-site, hybrid, or remote.
