About the Role
As a Production Manager, you will oversee day-to-day production operations, ensuring products are manufactured safely, efficiently, on time, and to the required quality standards. This role involves coordinating people, processes, equipment, and materials to meet production targets while continuously improving performance. You will manage operational activities through supervisors, minimize operational expenditures, and drive overall team performance to meet or exceed company goals. A key part of your mission is providing coaching and mentoring to your team while ensuring strict adherence to established policies and procedures.
Work Schedule & Location
This role operates on an assigned 1st shift schedule, Monday through Friday. Flexibility is required to work necessary overtime, which may include weekends and holidays. Please note that this position is not eligible to be performed in Colorado, California, District of Columbia, Hawaii, Illinois, Massachusetts, Maryland, Minnesota, New Jersey, New York, Nevada, Rhode Island, or Washington.
