About the Role
Texas Tissue Converting is seeking an experienced and motivated Production Manager to lead daily manufacturing operations in our fast-paced tissue converting facility located in Conroe, TX. This leadership role is pivotal in driving production efficiency, maintaining rigorous quality standards, promoting a culture of workplace safety, and developing high-performing teams.
You will oversee production floor operations, supervise converting machine lines and operators, and collaborate closely with maintenance, warehouse, quality, and leadership teams to ensure operational success. The position requires a leader who can troubleshoot operational and machine-related issues while managing production schedules, inventory planning, and changeovers in a 24/7 manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities
