About the Role

As a Senior Manager, Manufacturing, you will provide strategic and day-to-day leadership to a team of exempt Production Supervisors. You will oversee the execution of manufacturing operations across multiple work centers and shifts, driving continuous improvement initiatives and supporting talent development to ensure operational excellence and organizational growth.

In this position, you will be responsible for balancing labor, material, and tooling challenges while resolving cross-functional disruptions to ensure program milestones are met. You will champion a proactive safety culture, ensuring all processes comply with OSHA requirements and company policies. By partnering with Quality, Engineering, Planning, and Finance, you will align operational priorities to support business objectives and drive performance to meet line-move and milestone deadlines.

Requirements
