About the Role
This position serves as a pivotal leader within the production department, ensuring the seamless execution of daily manufacturing operations while driving efficiency and profitability. You will act as the bridge between engineering goals and floor-level execution, overseeing the production schedule and managing the personnel required to meet those targets.
In this role, you will foster a culture of continuous improvement and safety. Your day involves analyzing real-time production data to identify issues, troubleshooting complex problems, and implementing new procedures to enhance workflow. You will lead regular meetings with supervisors, manage shift handovers, and ensure that all team members are trained on equipment, processes, and IT/MES systems. Beyond operations, you will be responsible for recruiting new talent, conducting performance evaluations, and maintaining a feedback-rich environment that supports professional development.
