The Production Associate is the backbone of our operations, performing duties according to ESGW's established Best Practices to meet daily production goals. This role is essential for processing donations, sorting and preparing merchandise for sale, and managing stock levels on the sales floor. Beyond logistics, you will be the face of our organization, greeting and assisting guests and donors, and supporting donation intake as needed.
Success in this position requires the ability to work independently on repetitive tasks while collaborating with people of diverse abilities. The role involves physical activity throughout the shift, including standing, stooping, bending, and carrying, as well as tolerance for varying temperatures and humidity. Cross-training is a key component, ensuring you can assist in all aspects of production as directed.
