About the Role
The Production Associate is the backbone of our operations, performing duties according to ESGW's established Best Practices to meet daily production goals. This role is essential for processing donations, sorting and preparing merchandise for sale, and managing inventory by replenishing stock or removing items from the sales floor. Beyond logistics, you will be the face of our organization, greeting and assisting guests and donors, and helping to accept donations at the donation door as needed.
Success in this position requires the ability to work with people of different abilities and perform repetitive tasks independently. The role involves significant physical activity, including standing, stooping, bending, and carrying throughout the shift, as well as tolerance for extreme changes in temperature and humidity. You must be physically and mentally capable of moving independently within the facility and community, with reasonable accommodations available as needed.
