About the Role

As a Product Sales Specialist for Building Protection Solutions (Air Barrier), you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative people around the world. This position is designed to provide a pathway for individuals transitioning from private, public, government, or military experience into a 3M career.

In this role, you will drive growth for the 3M Air Barrier portfolio by partnering with local channel teams to develop end-user customers, specifiers, and application processes. You will generate new opportunities within the architectural, engineering, and consulting communities while effectively managing your opportunity pipeline. Your work will involve conducting strategic planning for new opportunities and regular business reviews for key markets and end-user customers in your territory. You will also provide key market and customer insights to ISD Building Protection portfolio managers, marketing, application engineers, and leadership to shape future strategies.

Work Environment & Logistics

This is a remote-based position within your assigned territory, covering Colorado, Utah, Montana, and Wyoming. The role requires the use of a company vehicle, which necessitates a pre-employment and ongoing review of your motor vehicle history. Relocation assistance may be authorized for the right candidate.
