As a Vice President, Product Specialist, you will serve as the subject-matter expert for 1031 exchange and tax-deferred private real estate solutions within the Private Wealth platform. This role is critical to supporting fundraising, advisor engagement, and product education by partnering closely with Blackstone's Real Estate investment teams and Private Wealth sales professionals.
You will span the full product lifecycle—from fundraising through investment and return of capital. Your day-to-day involves translating complex structures into clear, advisor- and client-ready insights, ensuring that high-net-worth investors and their advisors have the technical expertise and timely updates needed to make informed decisions. This position requires a unique blend of deep technical knowledge in tax-deferred structures and the ability to communicate complex investment concepts effectively to diverse audiences.
