PPG, LLC manufactures, sources, and markets a broad line of plumbing repair and remodel products through the retail home improvement and hardware channel (Danco division), as well as rough plumbing products sold through Wholesale and OEM channels (LSP Products division).
About the Role
The Product Manager – Core Categories is a highly visible thought-leadership role responsible for driving the strategy, performance, and evolution of Danco’s most important product categories. These categories represent the foundation of the business, requiring a leader who can balance long-term strategic thinking with decisive day-to-day execution in a dynamic retail and supply chain environment.
Reporting to the Sr. Director of Product Management, this role operates at the center of the organization. You will partner cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Operations, Sourcing, Engineering, Finance, and Executive Leadership to drive profitable growth, navigate complexity, and bring innovative solutions to market.
This role is ideal for a commercially-minded product leader who thrives in moments of opportunity, adapts quickly to change, and can confidently make decisions when the path forward is not immediately clear.
