We are seeking a Product Owner to drive strategic roadmap initiatives for our Nursing learning portfolio, which includes Professional Development, Blended Learning, Journal CE, and Certification Review. This role is designed for a problem-solver dedicated to making a tangible difference in how nurses, nurse educators, and hospital administrators benefit from our point-of-care and point-of-learning solutions.
You will serve as the bridge between strategic vision and Agile execution, collaborating closely with Product Management and a multidisciplinary team. Your mission is to deliver impactful product increments while maintaining a well-prioritized backlog. Success in this position requires establishing strong operational frameworks, including structured intake processes, rigorous prioritization, and proactive risk mitigation to navigate complex challenges and shifting priorities.
To maintain a fair and genuine hiring process, we ask that all candidates participate in interviews without the assistance of AI tools or external prompts. Our process is designed to assess your individual skills, experiences, and communication style, valuing authenticity to ensure we get to know you—not a digital assistant.
To uphold this integrity, we request that you remove virtual backgrounds and include in-person interviews in our hiring process. Please note that the use of AI-generated responses or third-party support during interviews will result in disqualification from the recruitment process. Applicants may also be required to appear onsite at a Wolters Kluwer office as part of this process.
Wolters Kluwer is committed to supporting our employees with a wide variety of competitive benefits and programs designed to help balance work and personal life. Our offerings include Medical, Dental, & Vision Plans, 401(k), FSA/HSA, Commuter Benefits, Tuition Assistance, Vacation and Sick Time, and Paid Parental Leave. Full details of our benefits are available upon request.
