Product Manager - Wire and Cable

About the Role

As a Product Manager for Wire and Cable at Arrow, you will serve as a strategic bridge between market dynamics, supplier performance, and internal business objectives. Your primary mission is to drive the ongoing development of Arrow's adder and quoting strategy by analyzing market trends and internal developments. This role exists to ensure that our pricing and negotiation strategies remain competitive and responsive to the evolving needs of our segment managers, product specialists, and sales leadership.

In this position, you will facilitate critical interactions across the organization, gathering feedback to refine our approach. You will be responsible for monitoring and reporting on supplier market price performance, preparing negotiation materials, and supporting the negotiation process alongside technology business managers. A key part of your day involves managing strategic customer quotes and aligning them with effective supplier strategies, while also facilitating clear communication with suppliers regarding customer and quote priorities. You will track performance metrics specific to market prices, ensuring data is segmented by supplier, selling company, and market segment to drive informed decision-making.

Work Arrangement

This role is based at the Panorama Office site in Denver, Colorado. The work model is hybrid, requiring presence in the office on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays, with Mondays and Fridays designated as work-from-home days. Remote work employees may be required to visit the closest designated Arrow office for work-related purposes at the Company's discretion.
