We have established a global network of people, technology, and equipment to deploy solutions that deliver safe, efficient, and responsible hydrocarbon production. By leveraging our core competencies in drilling, engineering, automation, data science, and manufacturing, Nabors aims to innovate the future of energy and enable the transition to a lower carbon world.
As an experienced Product Manager (Technical) for Energy Solutions, you will lead the product strategy, roadmap definition, technical execution, and lifecycle governance for power and electrification technologies supporting drilling operations globally. This role is the technical authority for the Energy Solutions portfolio, owning the end-to-end product definition for rig electrification systems, hybrid power solutions, battery-integrated systems, and advanced power management and controls.
You will operate at the intersection of engineering, operations, sales, finance, and HSE. Your day-to-day involves translating customer power requirements and field feedback into defensible requirements and scalable product improvements. You will ensure products are technically robust, operationally deployable, compliant with electrical standards, and aligned with value and lifecycle economics. This position requires a deep understanding of the voice-of-customer to prioritize needs into a clear roadmap, ensuring commercial readiness for deployment at fleet scale.
Candidates selected for this role will engage in a structured interview process designed to assess technical depth, product strategy capabilities, and cultural fit within our global matrix organization. The process typically includes initial screening, technical deep-dives into electrical systems and product lifecycle management, and discussions with cross-functional stakeholders including Engineering, Operations, and Commercial teams.
