The Accessories Product Manager serves as the strategic partner for the Accessories Product P&L, driving the growth of Elevate's roofing business. This role exists to bridge the gap between market needs and product execution, ensuring the Amrize Building Envelope Portfolio remains competitive and profitable. You will act as the voice of the customer within product development, guiding market positioning, rationalization, and launches through a rigorous stage-gate process.
In this people-first environment, you will collaborate closely with sales, field technical experts, and management to define the strategic direction of the accessories market. Your day-to-day involves analyzing macro-economic trends and product-specific performance to optimize cost, complexity, and portfolio efficiency. You will lead the development of product roadmaps that drive innovation, manage customer relationships to identify strategic partnerships, and execute continuous improvement strategies aligned with business KPIs.
