Product Manager

About the Role

As a Product Manager within Arrow's Product & Supplier Management team, you will serve as a strategic bridge between market dynamics, supplier performance, and internal business objectives. Your primary mission is to drive the ongoing development of Arrow's adder and quoting strategy by analyzing market trends and internal developments. This role exists to ensure that our pricing and negotiation strategies remain competitive and aligned with the needs of our diverse customer segments.

In this position, you will facilitate critical interactions between segment managers, product specialists, and sales leadership. Your day-to-day involves monitoring and reporting on supplier market price performance, preparing robust negotiation materials, and supporting the negotiation process alongside technology business managers. You will also manage strategic customer quotes, ensuring that supplier strategies are effectively communicated and prioritized to meet customer demands. Success in this role requires a deep understanding of segment, supplier, and selling company-specific performance metrics to drive data-informed decisions.

Work Environment

This is a hybrid role based at the Panorama Office site in Denver, Colorado. The schedule requires presence in the office on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays, with Mondays and Fridays designated for remote work. Employees may be required to visit the designated office for work-related purposes at the Company's discretion.
