A-Line Staffing is recruiting for a Tech 1, Product Development Engineering role based in Salt Lake City, UT. Role Context
You will work in a lab and office environment, including biohazard areas as required, to support product development, testing, inspection, and root cause investigations. The position involves generating formal test protocols, executing procedures, and maintaining technical data in a reportable format. You will also assist in manufacturing and QC training for test methods and processes, ensuring compliance with BD policies, ISO standards, FDA requirements, and safety procedures.

Requirements
- verifiedAssociate's degree in science, math, or engineering (or currently pursuing a 4-year degree)
- verified4+ years of related experience
- verifiedLab experience required
- verifiedAbility to lift up to 25 lbs
- verifiedAbility to stand for extended periods
Nice to Have
Experience in medical device or regulated manufacturing environment. Experience with Excel and Minitab. Strong technical writing and data reporting skills. Familiarity with ISO and FDA-regulated environments.
