Product Development Engineer

From Lab to Line: This opportunity is designed for a hands-on engineer ready to bridge the gap between R&D innovation and commercial reality. With significant time spent in both the laboratory and on the plant floor, this role is far from a "desk job." It offers a unique chance to own the entire process within a fast-paced manufacturing environment, ensuring that new formulations successfully transition from concept to full-scale production.

Day in the Life

You will lead the design and execution of structured lab experiments aligned with business goals, interpreting data to reach technical conclusions and identify future research opportunities. A significant portion of your time will be spent partnering with commercial teams to drive customer development through technical presentations, product recommendations, and hands-on troubleshooting.

Your work will focus on driving the transition of new formulations from the lab to full-scale commercial production, collaborating cross-functionally with operations and quality teams. You will also manage and support customer and plant trials to ensure successful product adoption and long-term performance in the field. Additionally, you will proactively identify opportunities for product innovation, cost optimization, and performance improvements across all existing product lines while maintaining high standards for data-driven reporting and compliance.
