This position serves as the face of our brand within retail environments, focusing on creating engaging in-store experiences through food and non-food product demonstrations. The Associate is responsible for acquiring deep product knowledge and translating that expertise into compelling interactions with shoppers. The role exists to drive consumer engagement, educate customers on product features and benefits, and ultimately support sales objectives through professional, hands-on demonstrations.
In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for consumers intercepting them in the store to share product stories. Your day involves preparing and serving food samples using various small appliances, maintaining a sterile and safe workstation, and executing event setups with precision. Success in this position requires building strong rapport with store personnel to meet company and client goals while ensuring all administrative requirements, such as expense reports and online audits, are completed accurately and on time.
Candidates selected for this role will be expected to complete all assigned work with 100% execution. The position is designed for flexibility, typically not exceeding 25 hours per week, though hours may adjust based on business and client needs. Applicants must be prepared to navigate internal electronic systems and submit daily requirements immediately following event execution.
