About the Role

This position serves as the face of our brand within retail environments, focusing on engaging shoppers through live food and non-food demonstrations. The Associate acts as a knowledgeable ambassador, responsible for intercepting consumers, explaining product features, and driving sales through positive interaction. The role is designed to bridge the gap between product innovation and the customer experience, ensuring that every demonstration is executed with professionalism and safety.

Day in the Life

Your day involves preparing and serving food samples using a variety of small appliances, including microwaves, fryers, and coffee makers. You will set up event tables, maintain a clean and sterile workstation, and manage the breakdown of equipment and supplies after events. A significant portion of the role is dedicated to building rapport with store personnel to meet company and client objectives. You will also handle administrative duties such as completing expense reports and submitting online requirements immediately following event execution.

Work Schedule

This role is part-time, typically not exceeding 25 hours per week. However, hours may fluctuate based on the specific needs of the business or the client.

Hiring Process
