About the Role
This position serves as the face of our brand within retail environments, focusing on engaging shoppers through interactive food and non-food demonstrations. The Associate is responsible for creating a welcoming atmosphere where consumers can experience products firsthand, effectively communicating features and benefits to drive interest and sales.
The role involves a dynamic day-to-day rhythm of preparing demonstration stations, safely handling small appliances like microwaves and fryers, and managing the full lifecycle of an event from setup to breakdown. Success in this position requires a proactive approach to intercepting and engaging customers while maintaining a sterile, safe, and professional workspace.
Work Context
This is a part-time role designed to offer flexibility, typically not exceeding 25 hours per week. However, hours may fluctuate based on the specific needs of the business or client requirements. The position operates within a retail store environment with limited travel and requires the ability to adapt to the specific dress codes and training protocols of various retail partners.
