As a Product Analyst at Spellbook, you will improve how we measure, understand, and act on product performance. You will build a single source of truth for product metrics and partner closely with Product and Engineering to translate ambiguous questions into crisp analysis, dashboards, and recommendations. This role is pivotal in establishing the measurement foundation, defining core metric definitions, and enabling a self-serve analytics culture for PMs and Engineering teams.

The salary range reflects the expected total wage range for the role, including base salary and on-target commissions, and may span multiple career levels. Final compensation is determined during the interview process based on factors such as experience, skills, scope, and role level. In addition to base salary and applicable commissions, total rewards may include equity, health and wellness benefits, and other company programs. Experience setting up or improving an event taxonomy and instrumentation practices. Experience building a self-serve analytics culture (templates, office hours, documentation, metric dictionaries). Familiarity with modern data stack concepts (warehouse + transformations + BI) and/or product analytics tools. Experience in B2B SaaS and/or workflow products.
