Reporting directly to the Engineering Manager and collaborating with R&D, manufacturing, and factory operations teams, the Electro Optical Test Software Engineer will be responsible for developing test software and database datalogging solutions within the New Product Introduction (NPI) engineering department. This role sits at the intersection of design, research, prototyping, and process improvement, utilizing LEAN principles to support the transition of new products from R&D into the manufacturing environment. You will work collaboratively with senior electro-optical engineers to support all phases of new product development, gaining exposure to continuous improvement practices and hands-on work with optical and electrical test equipment.

Exposure to electro-optical or electronics manufacturing processes. Basic familiarity with ERP systems (e.g., Oracle or SAP) used in manufacturing or operations environments.

Education: Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Electrical Engineering Technology, or related field.
