Advanced degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or a related field. 3+ years of proven experience in data analytics in a manufacturing or industrial setting. 3+ years of proven experience with end-to-end BI tool development. Experience with Microsoft Power Platform tools such as Power Apps. Experience with cloud computing and data platforms such as Databricks or similar technologies. Experience in developing and deploying predictive models to optimize manufacturing operations. Demonstrated ability to integrate analytics solutions into existing IT systems, MES, and operational workflows in manufacturing environments. Passion for staying updated with industry trends and applying innovative data and analytics solutions to enhance manufacturing efficiency and quality. Proven track record of delivering impactful insights and driving business decisions through data-driven approaches. Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams and present findings to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
