The Product Analyst plays a pivotal role in supporting the Product & Transformation function to deliver digital-first, data-driven products and journeys that align with Banner Life’s business strategy. This position exists to bridge the gap between business problems, customer needs, and performance data, translating them into actionable solutions and measurable outcomes.
In this role, you will partner closely with Product Managers and Digital Platform Owners to guide product prioritization and enable effective backlog management. You will ensure product roadmaps are prioritized based on value, risk, and impact, directly supporting Banner Life’s goal of delivering best-in-class experiences for customers, agents, and partners. Your day-to-day involves analyzing product performance and market trends to identify optimization opportunities, collaborating with UX/CX designers to test hypotheses, and documenting workflows to support business readiness. You will be a key voice in defining OKRs and KPIs, ensuring that data insights drive value realization across the organization.
