About the Role
In this role, you will implement all company and division policies to achieve maximum sales and profits in the produce departments while demonstrating our core values of respect, honesty, integrity, diversity, inclusion, and safety. You will plan, organize, direct, and control the activities of the produce department, potentially taking charge of store operations in the absence of the store manager. Your day will involve directing the receiving, storing, pricing, and merchandising of all produce products, ensuring adequate stock levels, and maintaining effective housekeeping standards across all areas. You will also supervise salad bar operations, manage personnel through hiring and training, and analyze department performance to recommend process improvements. This position requires a person who is constantly alert to changing priorities, capable of handling stressful situations with tact, and able to foster strong customer relations through personal example.

Requirements
