About the Role

In this position, you will create an outstanding customer experience through exceptional service while establishing and maintaining a safe and clean environment that encourages customers to return. You will assist the department manager in reaching sales and profit goals while monitoring all established quality assurance standards.

You will embrace the Customer 1st strategy, encouraging associates to deliver excellent service and demonstrating the company's core values of respect, honesty, integrity, diversity, inclusion, and safety. Your day will involve modeling the 3A's of Friendly (acknowledge, assist, and appreciate), promoting corporate brands, and creating an environment where customers feel welcome, important, and appreciated. You will gain and maintain knowledge of products to respond to questions, recommend items, and ensure proper temperatures and inventory levels are maintained.
