About the Role
We are seeking a high-performing and detail-oriented Category Manager to support ongoing sourcing and procurement for Facility Services. This hands-on role is designed to drive strategic opportunities, manage supplier transitions, and navigate complex enterprise agreements across various business units with visibility to senior leadership.\n The position covers a diverse range of subcategories including Facilities Maintenance, Furniture/Fixtures, Pest Control, Electrical Services, HVAC & Refrigeration Maintenance, Fire Protection, Elevator Maintenance, Surveillance or Alarm Equipment, Signage, Generator Maintenance, Grounds, and Audio Visual. There is also a distinct opportunity to expand into building construction and CapEx-specific initiatives.
In this capacity, you will partner closely with the McKesson Real Estate and Facilities Management teams. Your day-to-day will involve developing bid analysis and sourcing recommendations to inform business decisions, while maintaining end-to-end ownership of medium to high-complexity projects. Success in this role requires the ability to build strong internal and external partnerships, influence change, and collaborate with legal, finance, IT, and business stakeholders to execute supplier agreements with minimal disruption.
