Requirements
- verifiedMS in Electrical Engineering, Microelectronics, Materials Science, or related field
- verifiedPhD in Electrical Engineering, Microelectronics, Materials Science, or related field (preferred)
- verifiedMore than 10 years of industry experience
- verified10+ years of industry experience with next-generation DRAM nodes (preferred)
- verifiedDeep expertise in metallization, barrier/liner engineering, dielectric integration, and reliability solutions
- verifiedProficient in statistical data analysis and advanced problem-solving techniques
