As a Process Engineer within our Supply Chain Engineering function, you will be a key driver of efficiency and safety in our manufacturing operations. This role exists to bridge the gap between strategic business goals and on-the-ground production realities. You will identify opportunities to enhance equipment and processes, ensuring that our manufacturing capabilities evolve to meet the demands of a dynamic healthcare landscape.
In this position, you will lead Six Sigma initiatives to optimize production environments and drive problem resolution. Your day-to-day involves designing experimental protocols using statistical tools to refine manufacturing processes and product performance. You will support New Product Introduction (NPI) launches by conducting process characterization, challenge testing, and capability runs to qualify new products. By analyzing production data, you will provide actionable insights for continuous improvement and collaborate with multi-functional teams to resolve quality-related manufacturing issues.
