We are seeking an experienced, highly motivated NPI Manufacturing Engineer to join our cohesive team environment. This role is designed for those who want a career with a variety of challenges working with technology intended to protect our warfighter.
As an NPI Manufacturing Engineer, you will primarily support the NPI builds and tests of products in our SMT and Circuit Card Assembly (CCA) factory, with opportunities to support our Final Assembly factory from sub-assemblies to box-level end-items. You will work cross-functionally within the operations organization and with other disciplines to ensure quality and efficiency. This position is a first-shift role operating on a 9/80 work schedule, featuring every other Friday off.
In this role, you will collaborate with Product-to-Launch (P2L) and New Product Engineering (NPE) teams to review designs, define optimal process flows, and identify Non-Recurring Engineering (NRE) requirements. You will drive the resolution of build-related issues, support pilot line quoting and bidding, and ensure proper tracking of HPU and yield predictions. Your work will directly contribute to the Transition to Production (TTP) process, ensuring that production teams are trained and ready for success.
