As a Test Engineer at MACOM, you will partner with New Product Development teams to develop and support advanced RF test solutions. You will be challenged by a diverse mix of new products, applications, and technologies as MACOM serves a broad spectrum of high-performance markets "from RF to light."
Your role will be pivotal in supporting the transfer of test solutions to contract manufacturing partners, typically overseas. Success in this position relies on your skills and knowledge related to RF/DC test and measurement instruments and methods, as well as your attention to detail, ability to communicate ideas, and passion for excellence. You will work in a dynamic, collaborative, and results-oriented environment alongside Product Engineering, Yield Engineering, and Manufacturing Engineering teams.

Advanced degrees and/or more experience. Practical experience with HT Basic, VEE Visual Basic, Perl, and LabVIEW. Familiarity with both Linux and MS Windows OS's. Practical experience applying Shainin, Six Sigma, or other problem solving methods. Working knowledge and practical experience with SPC, DOE, and hypothesis testing.
