The Process/Quality Engineer serves as a strategic partner to manufacturing, R&D, sourcing, engineering, maintenance, and EHS teams. This role is critical for ensuring product compliance, maintaining high-quality output, and driving customer satisfaction through continuous improvement. You will lead initiatives that span the entire value chain, from raw materials to finished goods, focusing on reducing waste, enhancing safety, and optimizing productivity.
In this position, you will act as a self-starter who collaborates across functional areas to identify and eliminate inefficiencies. Your day-to-day involves conducting root cause analyses on operational and quality issues, implementing corrective actions, and managing non-conformance reports (SCAR/CAR) for both internal processes and external vendors. You will also play a key role in standardizing operations by developing SOPs, training materials, and visual supports to facilitate smooth manufacturing processes.
