Infinity Rehab is seeking a Physical Therapist to join our therapy team at Tri-State Memorial Hospital in Clarkston, WA, on a PRN basis. We are industry leaders committed to standardized assessments and evidence-based practices to maximize patient care and achieve optimal results. In this role, you will provide direct care to adults with a variety of medical conditions, including orthopedic, neurological, and cardiopulmonary issues. You will also supervise PTAs, directing and supporting them in the care of the patients you serve.
You will utilize NetHealth for point-of-service documentation, working with either a laptop or iPad. Your day will involve assessing residents, planning and implementing treatment programs, and maintaining thorough documentation and communication under physicians' orders.
