Our mission is to support a diverse patient population—including those with orthopedic, neurological, cardiopulmonary, and post-acute needs—by helping them achieve functional progress and improve their quality of life within a supportive, patient-centered environment.
We believe that every job plays a vital role in our continued growth and commitment to quality patient care. We invite you to join our growing team of professionals and work alongside strong multidisciplinary teams to help associates reach their maximum potential.
As a Registered Nurse, you will be an important member of our interdisciplinary team, delivering quality nursing care through direct interpersonal contact. Your primary goal is to allow patients to attain or maintain the highest practicable physical, mental, and psychosocial well-being in accordance with all applicable laws, regulations, and Life Care standards.
In this role, you will evaluate patient needs through ongoing assessment and revise care plans based on changes in the patient's condition. A key part of your daily responsibilities involves providing clinical supervision to CNAs and LPNs. You will implement departmental programs and policies while exhibiting excellent customer service and a positive attitude. Success in this position requires the ability to concentrate, use reasoning skills, exercise good judgment, and function productively within a collaborative team.
New graduates are welcome to apply. We offer a supportive environment where you can grow with us. Please note that CPR certification is required upon hire or must be obtained during orientation.
