The Private Events Support Assistant serves as the backbone of our event operations, providing behind-the-scenes, day-of support to the Event Lead and Sales Manager. This is an internal-facing role designed to ensure the event space is always ready for success. You will be the person who fills the gaps, handles the small but critical tasks that keep an event running smoothly, and ensures that every detail is perfect before the doors open.
In this position, you will take direction from the Sales Manager and Event Lead, jumping in wherever needed. Your day might involve putting out signage, performing last-minute cleaning, distributing equipment to venue-hired vendors, or handling any setup task that requires immediate attention. You will act as a reliable runner between the Event Lead and on-site vendors, ensuring information is relayed and items are delivered efficiently. Whether you are confirming HVAC settings, restocking restrooms, or assisting with last-minute table reconfigurations, your focus is on maintaining a seamless environment for our guests and partners.
