We are seeking a highly skilled, nutrition-focused Private Chef to serve an elite athlete and UHNW principal in Oklahoma City, OK. This role is uniquely centered on performance optimization; the chef will craft healthy, strategic meals designed to fuel training and accelerate recovery. Success in this position requires a deep understanding of sports nutrition, including macro and calorie counting, as well as the ability to time meals to support peak physical output.
The chef will act as a key member of the principal's health ecosystem, collaborating directly with trainers, nutritionists, and medical teams to ensure every meal aligns with overall performance goals. This is not merely a culinary role but a strategic partnership in maintaining the principal's athletic edge.
Your day will be driven by the principal's training schedule, requiring flexibility and adaptability. You will plan and prepare nutritious breakfast, lunch, and dinner options, sourcing high-quality, organic, and locally available ingredients to meet specific dietary needs. A significant portion of your time will be dedicated to maintaining a pristine kitchen, ensuring it is fully stocked with healthy snacks and meal options for the week.
You will meticulously track macronutrients, caloric intake, and hydration needs, adjusting meal plans dynamically based on workout intensity and recovery phases. The role demands a fluid schedule that shifts with training sessions, travel, and other commitments. Additionally, this position requires travel to Los Angeles, CA, for approximately three months during the off-season to continue providing these specialized meal preparation services.
