A globally leading consumer device company headquartered in Cupertino, CA is seeking a Privacy Compliance Engineer to partner with legal, privacy, and engineering teams. This role focuses on translating regulatory requirements into actionable technical implementations and driving compliance across infrastructure and applications.
You will serve as the bridge between legal mandates and engineering execution, ensuring systems and processes align with evolving privacy laws, regulations, and internal policies. The day-to-day involves assessing infrastructure for compliance gaps, developing remediation plans, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to implement new privacy policies and procedures.
This is a 4-month contract opportunity with a pay rate of $67.00 - $82.00 per hour (DOE). The position is fully remote.

Requirements
- verified7+ years of experience in privacy compliance and/or privacy engineering
- verifiedStrong understanding of GDPR and CCPA regulations
- verifiedExperience with compliance assessments, audits, and risk evaluations
- verifiedProficiency in reporting, analysis, and compliance documentation
- verifiedBachelor's degree in Compliance, Data Privacy, Business Administration, Legal Studies, or related field
